Eileen Earl

Eileen Earl brings more than a decade of deep customer success leadership to her role as Chief Customer Success Officer at Sovos. She leads three global organizations Customer Success, Renewals, and Technical Account Management guiding teams that support thousands of customers across regions, segments, and complex regulatory environments. Her focus is simple and relentless building scalable programs, strengthening customer relationships, and driving outcomes that earn long term trust.

Before joining Sovos, Eileen served as Head of Core Customer Success at ZoomInfo, where she led a global team of roughly 100 employees and managed an 800 million dollar book of business spanning Strategic, Enterprise, Mid Market, and SMB clients. She also spent ten years at SS&C Eze in a series of progressive leadership roles. There, she built and managed customer facing teams across multiple offices, owned major renewal and retention initiatives, implemented data driven processes that improved client health and operational efficiency, and helped scale the company through significant growth.

Across every role, Eileen is known for strategic clarity, operational discipline, and a genuine commitment to helping teams and customers succeed. She brings a steady hand, a sharp eye for process improvement, and a passion for developing leaders who can meet the needs of a fast moving, global business.
