As Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Todd Hanna is responsible for leading the Company’s legal department, handling all legal affairs and providing strategic, tactical and operational support to all business units of Sovos. Prior to joining Sovos, Todd was Commercial Advisor at EMC and VCE (acquired by Dell)
