Connecticut Permits Direct-to-Consumer Wine Shipping by Retailers
Beginning July 1, 2019, Connecticut will become the latest state to permit the direct-to-consumer (DtC) shipping of wine by out-of-state retailers. Governor Ned Lamont signed
